The Samba app version, if available
A screenshot or room code when relevant

Quick troubleshooting

Check your internet connection before joining or resuming an online table.
Close and reopen the app if a table stops responding.
Make sure every player is using the latest available version.
For account issues, include the email address used to sign in.
